If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the invoice of proof of purchase.
If goods are being returned due to a change of mind, you must have prior approval for the return. Approved goods being returned due to change of mind will incur a 20% restocking charge.
Returns must not be given to sales reps.
Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which is issued by administration staff.
Once we have received your item back into store, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit to your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item due to change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product is faulty or there has been an error on our end, we will arrange a freight forward to collect the item.
If a product is faulty, or you have received the incorrect product, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the product.
Proof of Delivery
Request for Proof of Delivery must be received within 28 days of receipt of invoice. After this period, no liability will lie with Packaging Plus Limited for proof of delivery.
